DELIVERY RETURNS

Returns Policy

The company accepts returns of products within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met :

Product Condition :  

• The product must be in its original condition without any use or damage.
• All accessories such as the box, brand tags, and accompanying documents must be returned with the product.

Returns Procedure :

• The product will be inspected upon receipt to verify that the returns conditions are met.
• If the return is approved, the product’s value will be refunded to the original payment method used by the customer in 7 to 14 working days.

Please note that if the return conditions are not met, the product will be sent back to the customer, with the customer covering the shipping expenses.
